Breastfeeding Essentials
Expectant parents will learn how breastfeeding benefits both mama and baby. A key ingredient to getting off to a good start is education and learning when and where to get help.
In this class we will go over:
- How breastfeeding works
- How to establish a good milk supply
- How to get your baby to latch
- How to know if your baby is getting enough milk
- Positions
- When and where to get help should you need it
Also what to expect in the first two weeks and common misconceptions.
Dads/Partners are welcome and encouraged to join you!
